Delivery
Every print is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 working days and delivery adds 2 to 5, so allow 4 to 9 working days in all. Standard delivery is included in every price, and we deliver to UK addresses only.

Standard delivery, included. 4 to 9 working days.
Priority delivery £4.99, chosen at checkout: 3 to 6 working days.
Priority delivery goes by the fastest courier. It costs £4.99, takes 3 to 6 working days and you choose it at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can check progress any time at order tracking.
Digital downloads are not posted: we email you a download link as soon as payment clears, and it stays live for 30 days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can at hello@ourhouseprint.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement. We'll reprint or refund it at our cost, as set out in our terms.

Change of mind
Houses from our shop are chosen from a standard range, so you can change your mind. You can cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Email hello@ourhouseprint.com with your order reference. Then send the print back unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless it is faulty. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back or of receiving proof that you posted it.
Prints of your own house, made from your photo as it is or as an illustration, are made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to them once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Please check your crop or preview before you pay.
Digital downloads: you can cancel within 14 days of buying unless you ask us to send the file straight away and agree that you then lose that right. The box in your basket does this, and checkout doesn't go ahead for a download without it. We confirm your consent in your order email (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
