It depends on the format and size, and every price includes standard UK delivery. Each product page lists every size with its price, and the illustration and photo print pages show their full price lists before you upload. The illustrated preview of your house is free, up to three previews a day. Priority delivery is optional: £4.99, chosen at checkout.

Everything is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 working days and delivery 2 to 5, so allow 4 to 9 working days with standard delivery, which is included in the price. Priority delivery (£4.99, chosen at checkout) takes 3 to 6 working days. Product pages and your basket show the expected dates. See delivery and returns.

Product pages, the illustration and photo print pages and your basket show the last order day for Christmas delivery from October, worked out from the delivery window, for standard and for Priority delivery. For an illustration of your own house, order a few days earlier to leave time to choose a preview. A digital download is emailed once payment clears, so it can be ordered right up to Christmas Eve.

Upload a clear daylight photo of the front of the home. You choose to keep it as a clean photographic print, or restyle it into one of eight illustration styles: fine line, soft watercolour, bold ink, blueprint, pen and wash, screen print, evening light or charcoal. We print whichever you choose across the product family.

Send what you have: most photos work. We review every order before printing and will email you if the photo really won't reproduce well, so you're never charged for an image we can't use.

Yes. We use the exact artwork you select, without the watermark. Your chosen product may crop the edges as shown in its preview; a digital download contains the complete artwork.

The sixteen houses in our shop are AI-made illustrations, and the illustration styles turn your photo into art with AI; you check a free watermarked preview before you buy. Photo prints keep your photograph as it is, with no AI step. The example photos and illustrations around the site are AI-made too.

Uploads are used only to produce your preview and your print. Unpurchased uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. Watermarked previews are saved for 30 days. We never use your photos for anything else.

Yes. All you need is a good photo of their home; they don't need to be involved. Tick 'This is a gift' in your basket and enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel carries no prices or receipt. No message is printed or put in the parcel, so any note you add comes back to you in the confirmation email, ready to copy into a card.

The file is emailed to you as a download link that stays live for 30 days, as soon as payment clears. In the basket you tick to ask us to send it straight away, which ends the 14-day right to cancel the download (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). Nothing is printed or posted.

By card through Stripe, with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see your card details.

Houses from our shop, yes: cancel up to 14 days after delivery and send the print back unused and in its original condition. You pay the return postage and we refund the price, including standard delivery. Prints of your own house, from your photo as it is or as an illustration, are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. See returns.

Tell us as soon as you can at hello@ourhouseprint.com with your order reference and a photo. We reprint or refund it at our cost. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
